Assembling the 10-meter Delta Loop beam for the CQ WorldWide Phone Contest at IH9P.  This operation on Pantelleria Island was the subject of the program presented at the Banquet on December 21, presented by Hank Lonberg, KR7X.  Also at the Banquet, the  new repeater was announced, and the check from the Rotary Club Disaster Relief Fund for the packet equipment was presented to PARC.
